End User License Agreement

1. Definitions

The following parameters define the structural roles throughout this legal document:

"Software" / "App"

The FilePilotPro native desktop software client build installer, compiled libraries, local asset indices, graphic UI setups, and documentation updates provided to your local drive machine.

"Licensor"

FilePilotPro Software, the core entity managing the source compilation and deployment of the standalone converter app.

"End User" / "You"

The structural individual or organization acquiring, hosting, or running the binary bundle packages onto their native hardware units.

"User Content"

Raw text payloads, directory lists, source structures, or digital graphics fed into the local program channels for processing execution.

"Output"

The formatted, cleaned, or converted document iterations or image objects returned locally onto your device storage tracks after conversion cycles finish.

2. License Grant

Subject to consistent compliance parameters regarding this EULA framework, FilePilotPro hereby delivers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable license to:

• Download, unpack, install, and execute the binaries of the Software client on your standalone personal or enterprise desktop computer.
• Process, export, and utilize the generated Output files natively for personal, standard workflow, or commercial distribution tasks.

This license does not allow renting, leasing, sub-licensing, slicing, or distributing compiled binary fragments to unauthorized channels without express validation from the Licensor. You accept that you are acquiring runtime permissions over the executable client structure, not proprietary acquisition shares.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any engineering setups, perform or allow the following actions:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, translate, or unpack the binary libraries or proprietary formatting scripts embedded inside the client app.
• Modify, alter, or inject custom wrapper tools to intercept local processing tasks for the purpose of creating clone products.
• Erase, strip, or alter proprietary headers, trade markers, or copyright symbols attached to the layout grids or binary assets.
• Leverage the standalone framework to process or assemble assets that violate international safety rules or child protection frameworks.
• Inject systemic automation scripts designed to exploit localized memory stacks or bypass native client execution pathways.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The FilePilotPro software, structural code components, asset assets, compilation scripts, stylistic interface components, and trademark representations remain the exclusive intellectual asset framework of the Licensor. This framework is guarded thoroughly under international copyright rules and structural industrial asset protections. Your runtime integration leaves our intellectual property blocks completely untouched.

5. User Content Posture

You retain absolute and unchallenged copyright ownership over all inputs, raw images, and resulting Output files generated through the app's channels. Because the client functions **100% offline**, the Licensor is completely incapable of indexing, holding, reviewing, or mirroring any of your data pipelines. You accept absolute liability for ensuring your input assets are legally obtained and cleared for file manipulation tasks.

6. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE CLIENT IS COMPILED AND HANDLED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASE POSTURE. THE LICENSOR EXTENDS NO VERBAL OR DECLARED LEGAL WRITTEN ASSURANCES OF SECURITY ACCURACY. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR SPECIFIC COMPRESSION RATIOS, HARDWARE ADAPTATION STABILITY, OR CONSTANT UNINTERRUPTED CONVERSION TASK LOGS.

7. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR HARDWARE FAULTS, MEMORY DRIFTS, ASSET LOSSES, INACCURATE CONVERSION GEOMETRIES, TRADING LOSSES, OR PROJECT MARGIN OVERRUNS TIED TO RUNNING THE APPLICATION package. APPLICABLE FINANCIAL REMEDIES SHALL NOT SURPASS A CUMULATIVE VALUE MAXIMUM OF USD $10.00.

8. Updates & Client Cycles

We keep ultimate modification rights to push patch packages, adjust file format configurations, optimize compilation drivers, or alter tool availability layouts without prior warning parameters. Automated update notifications may check server files periodically to confirm version accuracy.

9. Termination

This agreement stays active until abandoned or terminated. Violating any restriction section triggers immediate, automated cancellation of your execution rights. Upon termination, you must purge all compiled binary software setups from your internal system drives.

10. Export Controls

You guarantee that you are executing our local assets inside geographies cleared under global trading rules and that you are not on any prohibited target entity lists managed under strict international economic protection policies.

11. Entire Framework

This document, combined with our Terms of Service and Privacy Guidelines, constitutes the absolute binding legal context regarding the client application. If a regional regulatory panel deems specific clauses unenforceable, adjacent sections continue to hold complete structural authority.
